Supporting Teens and Young Adults Beyond the Therapy Room

Growing up comes with many challenges beyond managing emotions. Teens and young adults often need support learning how to navigate the responsibilities, decisions, and transitions that come with becoming more independent.

In addition to traditional therapy, I help young clients build confidence in managing real-life situations, including connecting with community resources, exploring education and career opportunities, navigating college-related processes, completing applications and forms, and learning how to advocate for themselves.

When needed, I can provide additional support during important transitions by helping clients prepare for meetings, job interviews, organize next steps, and feel more confident communicating with schools, financial aid offices, employers, and other community resources.

My goal is to help young people develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to successfully navigate adulthood while knowing they have support along the way.
